I cringed but read on, expecting to be annoyed by the tone of the book. Well, I'm a JP fan and have been for awhile. Lovers of all-things-Titanic, conspiracy theorists, historians and all others interested in a good read should give this introspective tome a try. I pretty much loved everything about this book and especially its hopeful epilogue which does a really good job of putting a pretty bow on the series. Some of the dessert recipes are a little higher in calories so use them sparingly.
